• Projects at development stage; for flats and shops, Biswas Finance & Investment Ltd. prefers ready flat/shop financing.
• Investment amount : as per business requirement and credit worthiness of customers.
• Tenure - 60 months to 120 month.
• Profit rate - 12%-15% depending upon the cash flow and worthiness of customers.
