• Running projects having business prospect and profitability for at least last 2 consecutive years.
• Investment amount - as per business requirement and credit worthiness of customers.
• Tenure - maximum 72 months.
• Profit rate - 12%-15% depending upon the inherent risk of the project and creditability of client .
